I think he's only
one of two people to do this upgrade. The car will be
front wheel drive and also probably be modded in some way
(15g turbos, maybe?).

"mini me". Very unique, especially since the
matchbox-type cars are so rare. I've been trying to find a
match to my car to do the same thing, with no luck. I like
